Open Studio Exhibitions
Our exhibitions in our own studios give you the opportunity to see
art informally, to meet the artists and to ask any questions or discuss
art. We usually have several guest artists exhibiting with us, so
there is always a variety of work to see and different artists to
talk to. You can browse for hours or you can just drop in for a quick
look – although most of the work is for sale, the exhibition
is free and we don’t expect everyone who visits to buy something!
We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed, so that you can enjoy
the creative environment and perhaps find something that inspires
and interests you.
Paul and Viv were founder members of the very successful artists ‘Open
House’ exhibitions that are now an established part of the
Brighton Festival. We have carried on this tradition in our new studios,
close to the sea in Worthing. We have always preferred the term ‘open
studios’, feeling that it focuses on the creative process that
takes place in artists’ studios.
